Despite that he picked a real winner in Sarah Palin She pretty well sparked the growth of the TEA party to continue to follow the TIME TESTED TRUTHS of our Constitution. I continue to spread her message. That message is also carried by Herman Cain who was sipping TEA when is was not so cool and now he leads this nation as a presidential candidate. He will mop the map, and the media can catch up later…Let’s just do this!

the comments in here were a response to an online proponent of heroine (Daniel)who had to be flushed when i tracked back his site ….his athesim did not bother me, (that is his choice), but his site came as close to 1-800-heroine as anything I have ever seen so he was BLOCKED !!!

“Live FREE, or DIE” is not in line with the teaching of Scripture on the subject of the Christian’s relationship to earthly government. Our government was mainly shaped on Greco-Roman government principals, not Judeo-Christian ethics or morals. We are to be concerned with our government, of course, but it’s not our highest calling. Because God is all powerful and in control, we very well may have to put up with “an over-sized federal government and those who would trample Our bill of rights.” It’s true. It’s all in the bible. And in fact, it’s in such a context that our witness of love…. honor… respect… submission… humility…. peace… is MORE evident. It’s in hard times and hard places that our witness shines all the brighter. People will know we are Christians because we imitate our Father and our Savior by loving those the world would think we should degrade, deride, and diminish. Paul admonished believers to honor the worldly authorities in Rome that were putting them to death – literal, horrendous death – in the context of living in the most comfortable and blessed nation of our age and perhaps all of history, how can we do less? Disagree with our government where it is right to, but honor, love, and respect, submitting to their authority where it is not a sin to do so…. and the world will be stunned.
This is a very serious matter

I am the chairperson for St. Lucie and Indian River Counties. If you live in one of those counties, or even close, consider becoming an active member? The time for talking is over. We need to act. Our future generations need us NOW.
Join other concerned Florida Tea Party Patriot parents and citizens to form an extended committee for a Treasure Coast Textbook Action Team. Targeting St. Lucie County and Indian River County school districts. Let’s build power in numbers for public board meetings and election time! Don’t hesitate to join if you are in Martin County. We have action there too! We are all people who care about our country – and that trickles down to the county level, where grassroots renewal begins locally.

I encourage you to read the Bible and open you mind and decide for yourself ….I know the world sure seems like hell has come to earth because many people will not even acknowledge the teachings of Christ, let alone study them or accept them.
Force or fear is not something that is used in introducing the teaching of Christ into another’s life.
I hope and pray you will develop a strong curiosity for God’s word which I believe includes the Old New Testament. There is “nothing new under the sun” the scripture says….and I believe all the answers are there as well.
That’s kind of a dodge, Tamara. I don’t tell religious folks that their belief system is based on superstition and behavior control (even though it is my position), yet religious leaders continue to publicly ridicule those who disagree with them.
Whatever gets you through the night (or day) is fine with me, just as long as that “whatever” isn’t forced upon others. And our laws that try (and always fail) to legislate morality – homosexuality, drugs and prostitution – are the direct result of religion.
Let’s not forget that while our Constitution guarantees freedom of religion, it also guarantees freedom from religion.

I do not like rigid religious agenda…Iran would love to have you if you do…but there is no truth to perfunctory regimented robotic worship.. ….there is a difference between using force, and having respect and self respect. I would far rather see people have a relationship with GOD than have regimented programmed responses…to something they do not really believe but do so out of some sense of tradition. Then they would reach a love and a respect for GOD, then a self respect, ultimately respect for other individuals.

I also have 2 grown sons, 1 very active and vocal politically, 1 not so much. (Not sure where I went wrong with the younger one :-S). I have 5 grandchildren and am so frightened for them. Also ashamed of the world we are leaving them, so will fight to correct what I can.
I live in N.E. Washington, right on the Canadiaan border. Have a stinky governor who has stolen the governorship twice now and has ruined our state, as far as those of us on the eastern side are concerned.
Keep up the good work . . . . If we all just sit back and grumble, we will very soon loose the right to even do that . . . . makes me angry when ‘the people’ don’t understand that .

Thank you so very much for commenting here. Yes we are of the same mind. Sisters in resistance to an OVERBEARING government. Neither of my boys are politically active but I keep praying they will be. Hopefully we will be rid of Charlie Crist for good and he can go back to his basket weaving legal firm. Seems we all have republicans who act like communists, democrats at best. Got to put the Constitution FIRST, in order to have a life!
